Article Title: Lemon-derived nanovesicles facilitate trans-kingdom transfer of lncRNAs to human cells
Journal: Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences
doi: 10.3389/fmolb.2025.1697575
Figure Legend Snippet: Cells treated with LNVs showed an increase in lncRNA levels. (A) PCR amplification of plant-derived lncRNA LM_XLOC_013494 was performed on cDNA from THLE-2 cells treated with LNVs (25 and 50 μg/mL for 6, 24 and 48 h). Amplified products were separated on a 2.5% agarose gel and visualized with a ChemiDoc imaging system. GAPDH was used as a loading control. (B) Levels of plant-derived lncRNA LM_XLOC_013494 were measured by RT-PCR in THLE-2 cells treated with LNVs (25 and 50 μg/mL for 6, 24, and 48 h). LncRNAs levels were normalized to actin (n = 3–6). Data is reported as mean ± SD. Statistical significance was assessed by unpaired Student’s t test (the normal data distribution was analyzed by Shapiro-Wilk test).
